DHS announced an extension of the initial registration period for all Venezuelans (lawful and unlawful) residing in the U.S. since March 8, 2021 who seek Temporary Protected Status (TPS). The new deadline to submit an initial Form I-821 (Application for Temporary Protected Status) and an application for an Employment Authorization Document is now September 9, 2022.
