This morning the White House announced that, beginning in early November, the United States will lift travel restrictions on visitors from Europe, the United Kingdom, Ireland and other countries (33 countries in total). The new travel policy will allow fully vaccinated travelers from anywhere in the world to enter the United States with proof of a negative COVID-19 test within three days of departure. (Unvaccinated Americans returning to the United States will be required to test negative within one day of leaving and again after arriving.) Bander Law is here to help all eligible foreign individuals continue to seek National Interest Exception waivers should they need to be in the United States prior to the revocation of the travel ban. Please email Catia Dos Santos at catia@bandervisa.com to schedule an appointment with me. Sincerely, Stephen Bander |
